Tegan Depper

A true Brightonian, born and raised, Tegan began studying interior architecture in university before stepping into the world of tattooing. She began growing her own collection of tattoos as soon as she was able, and through those experiences began building her knowledge of the industry before developing her extensive portfolio and pursuing her apprenticeship. She found her way to Brighton Tattoo Collective, and her natural skills were apparent from day one- diving headfirst into every challenge and blossoming within the studio.

Slowly developing her own signature style- Tegan favours realism and soft shading techniques, combining pop-culture references with geometric elements in micro-collages. Often taking on highly detailed subjects and drawing on her background in architecture, her eye for contrast and design is clear in both her flash and custom work. While she tends to work in black and grey, she has branched out into colour as she grows her portfolio. Offering larger scale concepts as well as delicate designs, her pieces feel fresh and modern while drawing on classic styles.

Tegan is truly a beam of sunlight, bringing her cheeky engaging energy and warmth to every session. Aside from her excellent tattooing skills, she is a huge film and TV buff, and loves hearing about her clients special interests.
